If they are a Sovereign Nation, put up borders, let the Indians pay for their schools, their water, their sewer, their highways, their police force, etc. Or, pay the tax on sales to non-Indians. Shouldn't be able to have it both ways. Get visas to come into the US for work, shopping, etc.

collect a toll on their part of thruway eg. CUOMO. Use the money topay all taxes from Albany and Washington. Consider it "rent" for letting us use THEIR counyry!

I think the smokers should show Albany who is boss. If they all just quit smoking for six months and the tax money dried up they would win. At least they would not be paying any tax on smokes. They could save the money not spent for a rainy day.
