Government has no business enforcing laws on [u:1pecx2q8]your property[/u:1pecx2q8] unless it poses a threat to health and/or safety, or is outright illegal (i.e. a marijuana garden being grown, meth lab, unlicensed whiskey still, etc..). Low quality aesthetics shouldn’t (and don’t) count as a legitimate reason for local governments to flex their might. If your vehicles are parked on the grass well within your property lines, that’s your business and no one else’s.

To answer your question: "Did I move to Russia?" No you didn’t. Kep this in mind: You don’t live in America, you live in New York. The Russian government wouldn’t waste the time in any one day over such petty issues.
