Refund Policy

The Genesee Valley Penny Saver may issue a refund or a partial refund if an ad does not appear in the designated editions or during the requested time frame as placed by the customer.

A refund for content will be given if the Genesee Valley Penny Saver has incorrectly published contact information or dates/ times.

A request for refund must be made within 15 days after publication.

The Genesee Valley Penny Saver has the right to edit ad content to correct spelling, punctuation, sentence structure and logical format. If payment is insufficient to cover the cost of the ad and we are unable contact the advertiser, we will edit wording and/ or areas.
