Mount Morris, N.Y. — Community Bank N.A. is pleased to announce the promotion of Kathy Wiard to branch manager of the Mount Morris location. She brings to the position more than 20 years of experience in the financial industry.
In her new role, Wiard will oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring every customer receives the highest level of service. She will manage the effective delivery of the branch’s sales and service activities to ensure operational efficiency and integrity through adherence to policies and procedures.
Wiard has been with Community Bank N.A. since 2012 and has served the Livingston County market since 1997. She most recently served as a retail branch assistant in the Avon branch. Prior, Wiard spent time with HSBC Bank and Marine Midland Bank.

District Manager Joilette Pendleton said. “Kathy was born and raised in this area and has spent the majority of her career here. Therefore, no one knows the needs of the community better than her. Outside of the office, Wiard is active in her community, serving as a comfort-care volunteer with Teresa House, and as a member of Avon Lions Club and East Avon Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary. In addition, she is a New York State-qualified notary public, in Livingston County. Wiard resides in the village of Avon.
