Community Bank N.A. Announces Promotion of Marinda Rucinski to Branch Manager

Community Bank N.A. is pleased to announce the promotion of Marinda Rucinski to branch manager of its Avon location. She brings to the position 12 years of experience in the financial industry. 

In her new role, Rucinski will oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring every customer receives the highest level of service. She will manage the effective delivery of the branch’s sales and service activities to ensure operational efficiency and integrity through adherence to policies and procedures.   

Rucinski has been with Community Bank N.A. since 2012, when she joined the team as head teller in the Geneseo branch. She was promoted to customer service representative in 2015 and most recently served as retail branch assistant. 

“We’re thrilled that Marinda has accepted this key position at our Avon branch,” Community Bank N.A. Senior District Manager Jody Tonkery said. “Marinda has a long history of serving this community and knows it well. Throughout her career, she’s spent time in our Geneseo, Livonia and Avon branches. I know her leadership will drive the continued success of the Avon branch.”

Outside of the office, Rucinski is active in the community. She serves as a member of the Avon Chamber of Commerce and the American Legion Auxiliary. Rucinski resides in Avon.
