The Rochester Area Ford Dealer Association donated a 2018 Ford Escape to Edison Careers and Technology High School as a part of the Ford Future Techs program. This allows students to learn the ins and outs of both automobiles and the technology used in shops every day.   Henderson Ford President Randy Henderson was asked to share his perspective on the U.S. Service Tech shortage and the need for business and education to work closely together to overcome this obstacle. Pictured (left to right): Ford Field Service Engineer Robert Green, RCSD Executive Director of Career Pathways & College and Business Partnerships Rhonda Neal,  Edison Careers and Technology High School Principal Jacob Scott, Edison Careers and Technology High School Auto Tech Instructor Sydney Rajab, Edison Career and Technology High School Assistant Principal Robert Goldsberry, Henderson Ford President Randy Henderson, Edison Careers and Technology High School Auto Tech Instructor Robert Newell, Henderson Ford General Manager Ronnie Rozier, Henderson Ford Service Director Mike Szymanski.
