I must admit that I'm just a casual fan of baseball, but when the World Series rolls around, I like to tune in. The announcers do such a good job of acquainting you with the players, their stories and the importance of the game. Game one of this year's series, the Washington Nationals vs. the Houston Astros, was a terrific game eventually won by the Nationals - a bit of an upset in Houston's home field and against one of the best pitchers in baseball: Gerrit Cole. The best part was how immersed I became in the game, didn't once look at my smart (life sucking device) phone and thoroughly enjoyed the 4 hour feat. Play ball!
