We were without AIR for several days, and on Saturday, June 29th, we called HI-Qual Heating and Cooling Inc. They were recommended to us, and I must say that I am quite pleased with the timely, professional manner in which they dealt with our situation. My husband spoke to Rick on the phone, and he said that he would be out within the hour and assured us that he would have us up and running, once he found out what was going on. He was attentive to our needs, and did a job well done. It didn't take long and Rick did keep his word, and had us up and running with air! We have had big name companies to our home, and sadly, they have left us hugely disappointed, so I am pleasantly surprised with the efficient, pleasant manner, in which HI-QUAL delivers service.
