We have a neighbor that goes out almost every friday and/or saturday night leaving their dogs to bark non-stop for hours. The dogs are obviously barking out of separation anxiety, and we have previously contacted the neighbors to no avail. You would think they would care that their dogs are in distress when they are not home, not to mention we can't even open our windows on a beautiful summer night. Please be responsible dog owners and care for not only your neighbors but for how this effects your dogs on a regular basis. Thank you.
