If you want to hold an applause party for your daughter who works at [local business], do it in your own house, not in the paper. No one wants to read about how proud you are of your daughter. It is rather pathetic that you think you need to write to the paper about her and an incident at work. Everyone runs into problems at work; it is not a unique experience.

Wow! I read the post and did not find it offensive. If you don't like what people post, then I strongly suggest that you don't read the posts!! Sounds like you have an axe to grind. The pandemic seems to have brought out the worst in people.
